Photovoltaic plant for a logistics real estate fund in Verona
Lower costs thanks to energy self-production
Initial request
The client needed to switch to self-production of electricity because of the large size of the logistics pole.
Developed project
We designed and built a turnkey photovoltaic plant with a nominal power of 2,550 kW. The monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules were placed on the roof and we sized the plant to maximize self-consumption of electricity: we envisaged the consumption of 90% of the energy produced by the photovoltaic plant itself.
In order to keep always the plant at the maximum performance, we added the O&M service to the technological solution.
Results achieved
With the solutions implemented by Enerqos, the customer has achieved annual savings of €350,000 and a reduction in CO2 emissions of 1,550 tons.
