As an ESCo, we are committed through the Energy Performance Contract (EPC) to upgrading and improving energy efficiency on your systems and buildings.

The Energy Performance Contract is a risk-free solution. We bear the investment and, once the contract is signed, we can use financial means from Enerqos or third parties to carry out the interventions. You have no financial charges: you are only required – for the duration of the EPC contract – to pay us a part of the energy savings derived from the interventions we carry out.
